About me

I came to counselling and psychotherapy through having therapy myself in my early 20s. I found it so helpful and inspiring that I began the long process towards becoming a psychotherapist myself, which I achieved in my early 40s. Nearly 30 years on from my first experience of therapy, I still feel just as passionate about the potential for therapy to change people’s lives for the better.

I am now a self-employed psychotherapist and counsellor working in private practice. I also offer clinical supervision to counsellors, psychotherapists and trainees. In addition, I facilitate groups and courses.

Some things I love are:- reading and learning, writing, drawing, painting, exploring dreams, having fires, meditating and being in nature. I also enjoy supporting others to discover and make time for the things they love.
